Local Producers at Our Farm to Table Dinner

We’re so grateful to the local providers who make this event possible. Their dedication to growing and producing high-quality food allows us to celebrate the unique flavors of Stafford County. This year, we’d like to thank:

  • Spare Produce Garden – We are extremely lucky to have a farming family dedicated to raising a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables for our community right in our backyard. We haven’t found another farm in the whole state that sells as wide of a variety of products that the Spare’s produce.. Seasonal items will be featured in several dishes at our event.

  • Drach’s Orchard – Known for their sweet, juicy fruits, Drach’s Orchard brings apples, peaches, and other orchard delights to our tables. Their commitment to growing with care ensures that each bite bursts with flavor.

  • Wild at Heart Bees – Providing the finest local honey, Wild at Heart Bees supports our pollinators while producing golden, delicious honey. Their contributions help sweeten both our food and our ecosystem.

  • St. John Baking Company – A brand new staple in the community, St. John Baking Company will be providing fresh, homemade breads that pair perfectly with our farm-to-table dishes.

  • Wendland Grass-fed Meats – Known for their premium, sustainably raised meats, Wendland’s grass-fed beef will be featured in several dishes, highlighting the rich, local flavor that only comes from truly home-grown beef.

  • Hudson Cream Flour – Milled right here in Kansas, Hudson Cream Flour is the backbone of our bread and baked goods. Its high quality helps bring out the best in every loaf, pie, and pastry on the menu.
