Welcome to Birdhouse.farm

Hello and welcome to our work in progress. We are happy to start introducing this vision, both because we are so excited about it, and because others so quickly relate to what we are doing and express a high level of enthusiasm for the idea. It really speaks to the desire for people to be more connected to nature and see a robust movement toward helping nature heal. This vision has been gestating in earnest since last July, with a team of 7 of us “readying the fields” to bring this idea to fruition. It started with my mother passing at age 98 and leaving her kids some money. An amazing gift for me and the fact that an educator and actress (my father and mother’s vocation) would have any money to leave after long lives was surprising. For me investing that money in this project was almost automatic. It honors their legacy and reflects their deep caring for the world and our natural environment. Thanks Mom and Dad.
